Black and Gold

Driven by a desire too strong to ignore, two young men boldly stepped into the fashion industry.
Yes, they came in making shoes and beads, but they are not your conventional shoe making company. Fred and Vijay, co-founders of Heel the World, say they are a social enterprise that empower young people.
HTW has carved out a unique fashion trend, one that is not just about what you wear but also about your ability to break loose and do great things.
Today, we all love to rock our HTW shoes and beads, but do you know the story behind it all?
Check out their video and get empowered.
Remember, black is for the hard work and gold is for the reward.

mSimps soaring high

Ghanaian fashion has gone high and is spreading like wild fire!
Setting the pace is our very own Mabel Simpson with her mSimps Collection.
What do we love about mSimps? Their total disregard for boundaries and limitations of any sort.
mSimps is moving all the way to the Southern part of Africa to partake in two biiiig fashion events: the Southern African International Trade Exhibition (SAITEX 2013) and Africa’s Big 7 (AB7).
The event has been scheduled for the Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand from June 30 – July 2 2013.
Almost 3 years old now, we can confidently vouch that mSimps has remained true to its goal of producing the very best of hand-made, made-In-Ghana products.
Their products include  handbags, laptop bags, i Pad/tablet cases, slippers, cheque book covers, shoes, clutch purses, belts and hats.
Congrats guys! We are proud of you!

Miss Beautiful

Feeling less pretty lately?
Don't worry, we totally get you!
Beauty might be skin deep, but guys don't forget, it takes more than just your skin to look good.
Come on, it's okay not to have smooth flawless skin like barbie, but hey, you can always style up beautifully to cover up, after all, grooming is a personal choice.
So Ladies, it's not about being perfect, it's about being confident always.
Boost your confidence by excising, because it feels great and leaves you in good shape.
Also, get an excuse to donate all your old, comfy clothing and make it a habit to practice personal grooming. You know, keep pretty neat nails, style your hair beautifully, etc.
Oh, and last thing ladies, shop for the best clothes that compliment your figure and remember, you're beautiful just the way you are!!.

More Than a Triple Threat

A model known in Ghana and beyond, a TV presenter, a step to being the nation's queen, an artiste and a designer.
Need not say more, the multi-talented Deborah Vanessa Owusu Bonsu, well known as  "Sister Deborah" is what we call "more than a triple threat' to the creative industry.
Blending the cultures of her Ghanaian and Romanian heritage, the singer's flawless sense of fashion is impeccable and we love it!!!
We really don't think it's easy winning best dressed celebrity in Ghana. Our personality of the week definitely works hard to nail it on the red carpet.
Check her photos, looks like Deborah Vanessa develops a personal style instead of following fashion trends.
She keeps rocking it everytime!!.
You go girl!!

Lights, music, runway, RADFORD! An amazing coordination of clothes, models, music and a plush auditorium left the enthusiastic audience with a WOW!!!
The Radford University Graduate Fashion Show, held at Ghana's premier 5 star hotel-  The Ambassador Movenpick Hotel, was undoubtedly a mega success. The young designers introduced a breath of fresh air in Ghanaian fashion that night.
